Metal Powders

SLM (Selective Laser Sintering) technology is used for the construction of metal parts directly from fine metal powder, suitable for the production of parts that require a finishing process before they can be used as finished products. The most commonly used materials are pure powders of various materials, such as aluminum, copper, or steel alloys.

  • Aluminum
  • Nickel Alloy
  • Cobalt Chrome
  • Maraging Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Refractory Metal
  • Titanium
  • Copper
  • Case Hardening Steel

Plastic Powder

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology uses powdered plastic polymers that are melted with a precision laser into a solid structure based on a 3D model. In today's polymer powder market, there is a wide range of plastics, of which nylon is the most common. An environmentally friendly aspect of powders is their recyclability. The powders used for SLS and MJF can be sieved and mixed with a new powder after the sintering process to reuse the excess material.

Resin

Resins are hardening fluid plastics. These materials are used in the presence of stereolithographic 3D printers. Through this technique, it is possible to produce components with a high-quality surface and extremely detailed.

  • DM07 Orthodontic Resin
  • W12 Water Cleanable Resin
  • SG03 Biocompatible Resin for Surgery Guide

3D Filaments

3D printing filaments are thermoplastic materials used to print three-dimensional objects by depositing molten material by the 3D printer. They come in different types and colors and are made from materials such as ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), PLA (polylactide), PET (polyetheretherphthalate), nylon and many others. They are sold in the form of spools, which are then inserted into the 3D printer.

  • ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
  • PLA (Polylactate)
  • PA (Nylon)
  • PP (Polypropylene)
  • ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)
  • PC (Polycarbonate)
  • PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Wax

Wax is the perfect material for producing jewelry, dental and industrial parts using the direct casting process. Molded parts made from this material can capture complex geometries and reveal sharp details. Wax provides smooth surfaces with a clean contour for a reliable casting process.
